An investigation into the efficacy of single and multi-sensory Brain Entrainment to achieve Transcendent States for Therapeutic Application

I’m very excited to share with you my journey into EEG brain experiments!

I have been delving into the interplay between my music, created for wellbeing and optimal brain function and various types of entrainment, including nature entrainment sounds, Monroe sound science and the RoXiva flickering light.

I discovered that specific musical elements such as voice and organic instruments (eg the cello) enhance brain coherence, encouraging “awakened mind” and “evolved mind” patterns.

For those of us who are not overstimulated by the RoXiva, our brainwaves were further heightened by adding the flicking light.

We saw clear heightened gamma waves when music was paired with the RoXiva flickering light. This demonstrating brainwave coherence.

What was really exciting was what happened after the music and light stopped if we allowed some time for silent meditation, even for as short as 3 minutes. Post-stimulation meditation showed intensified effects, with the mind continuing to move further towards ideal patterns for awakened and evolved mind states.

Particularly powerful was that after three days of intense data collection and feedback, I learned to reach a state that the light, tones and music induced at will.
