What is Mid Week Chill?

In need of a mid-week recharge? Look no further! I’m excited to announce that I’m partnering with the talented Laura Freeman to bring you a unique, relaxing yoga and music experience called “Mid Week Chill.” This event is designed to help you feel wonderful, unwind from the stresses of the week, and prepare you for a restorative sleep. All this should leave you feeling a bit more zen and relaxed for the rest of the week.

Where and when

“Mid Week Chill” is happening on Wednesday, June 17th. “Mid Week Chill” will take from 8 pm to 9:30 pm BST.If you’d like to attend, just send an email to Laura at [email protected] to RSVP.

The event will take place on Zoom, where I will be DJing a soundscape throughout the evening. Expect different music from the last one but equally wonderful tunes. We’ll start with a little free dancing to limber you up. You can go wild, have a gentle bop, or simply relax and listen with a cup of tea.

Following the dancing, Laura will guide you through some superb yoga to get you stretched and feeling amazing. The session will end with a guided savasana relaxation and meditative listening, putting you in the perfect state for deep healing sleep.


The event is offered at the ridiculously affordable price of just £5.

To RSVP, email Laura at [email protected]. No yoga experience is needed to enjoy this event. A pair of good quality headphones is recommended, but not at all essential. And don’t worry about constantly looking at a screen – there will be little need for that since most of us have had enough of it.
